 | | | | Family Growth Fund launches in the Twin Cities, Minnesota
6/1/2010 12:30 PMFirst Children’s has Growth Fund participants in five states, and now family child care providers can be a part of this highly successful program. Growth Fund participants receive funding to complete business improvement plans and then receive consulting and financial assistance to implement those plans. Four family child care providers in Minneapolis and Saint Paul were recently selected and began their experience with an orientation on May 15. Two of the providers have been offering family child care for 20 or more years, one for eight years, and the fourth for five years. That's impressive commitment to children and families!
