CONFERENCE FOLLOW UP AND CERTIFICATES

1.  This Fundraising Webinar has been approved by Iowa DHS for 2 hours of Child Care Training.  NAC approval for this training is pending.

2.  In order for you to receive your certificate you must register for the webinar ahead of time, and you must respond to the survey by Monday, March 29th.  You will receive a follow-up survey within a few hours of the webinar.  This survey will be sent to the email you used to register.  Certificates will be sent via email after April 12th.

3.  If you were registered by your local Child Care Resource and Referral or another agency using their email, please contact that agency so that you may respond to your email survey.  (If you assisted individuals in registering, please contact them as soon as the follow-up survey email is received.)
