CONFERENCE CERTIFICATE REMINDER

1.  This Fundraising Webinar has been approved by Iowa DHS for 2 hours of Child Care Training.

2.  You will receive a follow-up survey within a few hours of the webinar.  This survey will be sent to the email you used to register.  You must respond to the survey by Monday, February 8^th, in order for you to receive your certificate some time after February 18th.

3.  If you were registered by your local Child Care Resource and Referral or another agency using their email, please contact that agency so that you may respond to your email survey.  (If you assisted individuals in registering, please contact them as soon as the follow-up survey email is received.)
